Funny how serious people get at a poker table even when the game's a fundraiser.
Stonewall Dads Ante Up $2,900

Poker and wine served as the main calling cards for the Stonewall Jackson Elementary School Dads Club last week when the group conducted another in a series of Texas Hold ‘Em tournaments.
The club’s Wine Social and Poker Tournament took place Sept. 18 at Lakewood Tavern, and the Dads raised $2,900, earmarked for school improvements.
The Dads plan another in the series, tentatively slated for January — enough time to hone those poker skills and work on the poker face.
