More than 50 Stonewall Elementary School moms came together to earlier this month to shake off the Thursday night routine, rattle through their hangers for some rockin’ duds, and roll over for a kicked up evening of food, wine, and good ol’ rock ‘n’ roll with the girls.

It was the first auction pre-party organized by the Stonewall Jackson Elementary PTA Auction Committee, and it was the kick-off and launch party for this year’s silent auction and concert themed “Shake, Rattle and Roll” planned for May 1 at Life in Deep Ellum.

The Stonewall Moms donated wine or champagne to be used as auction items and also bid on reserved seating for the upcoming school programs while mingling and listening to New Noise Standard, which played their own music as well as a few covers to spice up the evening.
