Ozona Bar and Grill turns into a gambling house Friday night when the Stonewall Jackson Dad’s Club deals up a little poker tournament to benefit Stonewall Jackson Elementary School.
The doors open at 6:30 p.m., and cards hit the tables starting at 7 p.m., Jan. 29, at the restaurant. Prizes include a large flat-screen TV, gift cards, and “other swag.”
The tournament costs $100 in advance to enter or $120 at the door. The entry fee also covers food and drinks. Spectators can get in on the evening with food and drinks for $35 in advance or $40 at the door.
Stonewall Dads offer three payment options — online, by check payable to Stonewall Jackson Dad’s Club delivered to the Dad’s Club inbox in the school’s office, or at the door.
Proceeds will go to school improvements such as refurbishing the blacktop and resurfacing the gym floor.
